Our Staff
Our teachers are at the heart of everything we do. They create warm, engaging classrooms where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore and learn.
We know that a child’s earliest experiences shape their growth and development, which is why our educators take the time to understand each child as an individual. They use responsive language, encourage curiosity, and foster independence in a nurturing, language-rich environment.
Our teachers guide with empathy, love and respect—proactively supporting positive behavior and helping children learn through meaningful, hands-on experiences. The connections children build with their teachers during these early years lay the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.
At our school, we’re proud to have a team of passionate, highly skilled educators dedicated to helping every child thrive.

GARDENER Aimée
Meet Aimée, a lifelong resident of Connecticut and a proud graduate of the University of Connecticut, where she earned her BA in Women’s Studies and Anthropology with honors. After working in women’s healthcare, she embraced the role of a homeschooling mom, blending her passions for nature education, local history, and organic farming. Aimée has a small flower farm and offers garden consultations, continually exploring the wonders of flowers, particularly dahlias. Residing in Preston with her large family, she cherishes the beauty of each season while nurturing their beloved property.
Aimee integrates her knowledge of plants, planting and the land into our preschool program. She works 1 on 1 with each child, during the garden season (April to October), in the garden from seeds to harvest.
